Group Member SMS Banking

This page allows a user to enable the group member access to SMS/ mobile banking services..

How do you enable the group member access to SMS/ mobile banking services.?

Go to Clients/Groups Clients

/Group Member Information/Group Member SMS Banking a screen like one below appears:

• Mobile: Enter here the Mobile Phone number of the group member who you would want to enable the use SMS/ mobile banking services e.g. "Juliet Hamura"
• Enable SMS messaging: Activate this button to enable the group member access to SMS/ mobile banking services.
• SMS password:
• Graduate to Individual Client: Click on this button if you have a client you would like to graduate from the group member to an Individual client.
• Bank: From the drop down select the group members bank e.g. "Bank of Africa". For the banks to appear here they must have been entered under System/Configuration/Banks
• Branch: Enter here the group member's bank branch e.g. "City" branch.
• IBAN No: Enter here the International Bank Account Number (IBAN NO) if the client one e.g. 123.
• Account No: Enter the account no of the group member here e.g. "123456"
• Income History: Click Income History if you want to keep track of the group member's income history. On the window that appears. In the screen that appears, enter the "Start Date" and "End Date" when a group member received a particular income. For comparison reasons, make the periods equal (e.g., monthly, Quarterly or annually). Enter an "Income" amount for that period and press the "Add" button. The periods should not overlap each other. As seen below:
